Ill go ahead and say it. Jen Hale is not very good at her job. Not relatively. Compared to other sideline reporters shes about the same. Compared to just listening to Joel and David shes bad. I dont need to hear anything shes saying.

That's her job. Victor Howell was reading random fan tweets during the game. He probably didn't want to, but the sideline reporter is the fluff reporter unless there's an injury.

I was driving during the game at Dallas last week, when I flipped the game on the radio, Victor was doing the color commentary with Sean Kelley. I don't think he is the usual color guy, though, just filling in on that day.

Youre right. I worded my thoughts wrong and it was unfair to Jen.
Jen does what she is paid to do. That being said, I would rather the camera cut to a dog on a trampoline or insert a sound bite of a random DMX interview than watch Jen Hale interview Tom Benson as he tries to get peanut butter from the inside of his lips while pretending that he know any of the "baws" names on the court.
