Just wondering why Choctaw and the Pumpers won't admit that four to six wins a year were wins that any one coaching LSU talent should have gotten.

You said anyone coaching at LSU should win. I'm just pointing out LSU loses sometimes. Doesn't matter the coach.
You prob shouldn't be a fan. Even if we change coaches LSU is going to lose games.

Reames, most teams have rent a wins, so its a bit of a weak argument. SEC record is a better guage.
In 10 years, Les is 56-24 in conference play not including championship games. He's 58-26 overall against SEC opponents.
Tubberville was 53-31 in that same time frame overall, and that counted a two 2-6 seasons to start and end his career at Auburn.
Take out Tubberville's first year at Auburn since he was rebuilding unlike Les' first year at LSU, and he's 51-25 or a 68 winning %.
So Tubberville had a 68% winning percentage in the SEC minus his first year at Auburn and Ole Miss, while Les (his greatness) has had 69% while taking over a juggernaut program.
That should tell you what you need to know about Les.

Yea, the people that are positive about the current state LSU football are the ones obsessed with the past. This troll is too obvious.

Tubbs was a good coach. Les is 7-3 vs auburn.
But you talk about rebuilding Auburn? 1997 they were the sec west champions and finished the season ranked #11. Bowden stunk it up in 1998 then Tubbs was hired. That is hardly having to rebuild.
Bowden's first year Auburn went undefeated. 2nd year only lost 1. Bowden had one season that was worse than saban at LSU. He got fired.

Douchey McGee, who has the longest non conference winning streak? OH us wow. huh so other coaches cant even win those games. Citing Urbs huh? what's his record v Les? He lost to VT, yes 5-5 VT beat them. go play in traffic punk

That doesn't fit the narrative that discredit's Les though. Can't have that.

Right, the old stand by reply for the "unhappy with Miles" crowd. Forget the fact that there only a handful of schools in the country who can come close to equaling the LSU success of the past decade or even less coaches who have regularly beaten Miles head up in 15 yrs as a HC, but you know positively that "plenty of people that could".
I don't know if you are a troll or not, but that statement is bout as troll like as it gets.

Are you really this dumb? why haven't "these" people done it then? I mean what's stopping them?
BTW do you think Les makes the schedule?
You keep showing your arse and getting shot down for having no reasoning ability. I'm sorry you are so upset about a problem created in your head.

So if you cherrypick by arbitrarily removing Tuberville's worst years, he's still not as good as Miles despite playing against what was a significantly weaker version of the SEC West.
This does show something, but it's not what you hoped it would show.

All this really says is that Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Auburn, Tennesee, Florida , and Arkansas have been on a list of rent a win teams at some point in the past ten years. LSU has never been on such a list the past 15 years. Amazin accomplishment!
Same could be said for A&M, Texas, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Miami...
But it's just so easy guys!

I would like to hear the expectations for the Miles defenders for 2015 and 2016, because I think Miles is here at least 2 more years regardless of what anyone wants or thinks. Do y'all think Miles has LSU in the "playoff" talk in November in the next 2 seasons? because being an afterthought by the first week of October is not desirable.

aaaahhh....here we go again with that sentimental stroll down memory lane. You idiots blasting the negas for pining after Saban are just as bad with your "past decade of success" bullschit. PAST is the operative word.
We have real problems in the here and now that aren't going away over night. I'd rather address those rather rely on what Miles has done in the past to remedy the future.
All you ever do Lonnie is march out that record!!

So ten years of success, as well as bouncing back (with Jordan fricking Jefferson at QB) from three shite years with the same QB to a National Championship appearance shows that Miles has no control over what is happening...
What kind of shite have you been taking? EVERY football program has years that are going to be either rebuilding years, or gelling years. Just look at USC, how Miami fell, and Michigan's fall. All three of those will be back sooner or later.
Quit acting like anyone gives a frick that you are impossible to please as a spoiled arse fan that expresses their anger on the interwebs to make themselves feel smart or important to some end.
Miles' track record at this University has been fantastic. You are wishing away a top 5 coach because the team is starting mostly freshmen and sophomores in the toughest conference and division in America. These kids came in straight out of high school and won twice as many as they lost in that division, took the likely national champs to the wire, and blew out the teams that they should have. Not sure you can ask any more of them. Give Les and the staff time to teach and do their job, and we will be right back on top in all likelihood.
Meanwhile, take some Prozac and settle your anxious asses down.
