Where else should I advertise my condo for rent?

I have a sign out front and have it listed on Craigslist, but where else do college kids look for places to live? Any website I don't know about...?

Kids looking for a place to live for college are going to use the smart phone every time. Not sure what site but that is were I would start.

The Condo Association guy has actually been badass and making all kinds of things happen. It used to look rough on the outside, but he's cleaned it all up
