Are you saying you have hit 5GB this month? If so, and if you're on an unlimited plan, then yes you're being throttled.


For me, LTE speeds in my house are kind of crappy, usually under 5mbps, but when I go into Baton Rouge they're much better. AT&T coverage in Central has always been just barely adequate to not have dropped calls.

Your speed will be back to normal next month until you exceed 5 GB and then you will be throttled. I just got off the unlimited plan for that reason. It is almost impossible to watch youtube once throttled.
