Saban lost to frickin UAB at LSU and ULM while at Bama. Please put together and actual argument and not list one game. Three straight 9 wins seasons at ULL is phenomenal

at ULL

That is the only argument necessary. Let's see Hud do something like that at a power-5 school before we give him the keys to the ferrari.

Both you stated were in his first year at each not after built a program. Sorry no coach that can't dominate smaller schools in this state should get lsu gig. Dude doesn't consistently beat ulm and got spanked by tech, all I need to know about the guy. Ps you're a dumbass if you think otherwise.

No! The guy was pulling Patrinos before Patrino. He and his sketchy coaching staff would be a huge liability to a major program. Plus he's a buffoon.

Yes, that's why he visits very sick children in hospitals, in small towns, and does it with no media attention

Dude is nothing more than Gerry Dinardo on steroids...I mean supplements.

He is a marketing plan. He comes in with a catchy phrase."don't let go off the rope". Of course, the patheticly desperate fan base is looking for any kind of life preservation, so they buy in

Athletic Director downgrades scheduling. Goes from 4 money games a year down to 1 or 2. Oklahoma State and texas A &M are replaced with Southern ad Nicholls State. The conference is decimated by conference realignment, leaving you in 1-AA 2.0. What was once 6-6 is now 9-3.

Coaching hires? He brought in a dumpster fire from Texas Tech. How shocking was if to see the flames of controversy be rekindled within the first few months of him being in Lafayette.

One should never buy into the bowl victories. Everyone knows most teams are on a vacation when they come to New Orleans. Ask the coaches of the out of state teams. You will find that team rules regarding curfews for seniors are often relaxed, with violators not reported.(See San Diego St)

Forgive me if I don't buy the snake oil.
