Did gas prices shoot up in BR today?

I've been out of town and working from home a bunch the last few weeks, but wasn't gas near $2? Everywhere seems to be around $2.35?

$2.32 and $2.29 has been the cheapest I've seen at Exxon. $1.99 at Costco is what I'm hearing since yesterday.
