Netflix’s new strategy to take on cable involves becoming best friends with cable: The video streaming service has been working hard to get its app included on set-top boxes of cable, fiber and satellite TV operators, and has been looking to strike deals with major U.S. operators. This a hedge against no net neutrality. The idea is to ingratiate themselves with the service providers so that they don't have to worry about being throttled if service providers are given the power to set the pace.

I can watch Netflix on my Tivo box from Suddenlink. It's just about the only thing I like about Suddenlink. It used to freeze up when I tried it, but now it works flawlessly.
