Is Russell Wilson white? (Bobby Hebert related question)

Listening to sports talk yesterday on my drive home. Bobby Hebert was talking about Kaepernick and how he is better running a different offense. This led to discussion about Brees or other QB's running and Bobby's comments were basically this:

"Come on deke, aint no white quarterbacks who could run..very few since maybe steve young or tarkenton. Maybe you could say Russell Wilson or Luck but that's about it"
