Cable Box Issues

So I have a Comcast cable box. It is one of those small ones without OnDemand that are meant to simply receive the channels. I took my TV with me to college, but I am back home now and it will not work.
I can only receive a single analog channel. Before I left, I use to be able to receive all the basic digital channels. Any suggestions?
BTW I have already called Comcast and I was on the phone for 30 minutes and the help person could not fix it.

Ditch the cable and go with internet only. Stream almost everything you want. Watch sports(if you have to) at sports bars. Save money.
