What is the overall perception of guys in little cars with loud mufflers?

Outside the fact that dudes in jacked up trucks can prob beat the shite out of them I gotta say they are almost as annoying as motorcycles.
Whenever I pull up to one at a red light I put my truck in neutral and rev engine up, look at them and point and laugh.

My next door neighbor has this souped up engine in her BMW, so that every time she starts the car, the entire block can hear it. The worst part is, her job requires her to wake up and leave every morning at 6. I just use her leaving for work as my alarm clock
