Hiring a winner is NOT easy and most schools take at least two or three rounds on the coaching carousel before they hire another winner at HC

Better get started now then.

Miles will be here until he breaks Charlie Macs win record...then he'll ride off into the sunset waving a big middle finger in the air

I agree with Choctaw - Miles is here until he gets 138 wins or fired.

Ironically, it is Chip Kelly that I would most like to see take over at LSU if Miles leaves.

I hear that Saban will be his DC.

I understand LSU fans demand a certain standard of excellence, especially after y'all's recent (10+ years of) success. But I just don't understand the mentality that y'all would be better off if one of LSU's winningest HCs of all time went to some shitty B1G program.

Well, if Oregon State can hire away Wisconsin's coach then surely LSU can easily persuade Urban Meyer to come to Baton Rouge.

Bring on the next edition of "Conference Coaching Swap".

Miles to Michigan, Meyer to LSU.

Depending on performance and "want" from Les, I can see him staying 7-8 more years and obviously health. Hell half the posters want him fired now. I couldn't blame him for going home but I think he would be taking on more than he realizes at 61. Rich Rod has been successful everywhere but Michigan...Hoke was an up and comer and went to Michigan...something is wrong up there with the powers in control.

Ironically, some of the talking heads say that Chip Kelly is happy in the NFL and does not miss recruiting HS players.
