What can you guys tell me about vacationing in Istanbul?

Looking to take a trip there in late April. What are some of the things we shouldn't miss, day trips to take, etc etc? I will probably be in the area 9-10 days.

Can't tell you much as I was there for business, but the Le Meridien there is top notch as far as places to stay. I highly recommend.
