Very much so. It's the only thing I really hate about DeSoto County. OM is only 45 mins away, NWMSCC (OM Light) is only 15 mins away, and now there is an OM satellite campus in Southaven, too. I would say OM has a decent advantage over even State here.

Womack still solid to us last I heard. Brown will need a year to put on weight, so he will redshirt. Not sure about sweet.

It just seems like Patterson has that IT you look for in a QB. He's already got decent size as far as playing weight and he seems like a guy people rally around. I really like him as a LSU QB. Matt Flynn type Good feet good head solid arm. I think that's what LSU had been lacking in its QBs A guy who has it all together between his ears and somekne that the other players look up to.
