Packers - Bart Starr, Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers
Colts - Johnny Unitas, Peyton Manning, Andrew Luck
49ers - Y.A. Tittle, Joe Montana, Steve Young

Any team I'm forgetting?

It would definitely be close, and I'd even give the edge to the Colts, if Luck keeps improving. He doesn't even need to reach Rodgers' level, but just be a top-five QB for a 8-10 years, which he is definitely capable of doing.

Unitas > Starr
Manning > Favre
Rodgers > Luck
