been once....chose the Guy Harvey resort due to price and location. It was pleasant but the decor is cheesy.

The Loew's hotel looked nice if that's more your style...

your budget will dictate where you stay

Loews Don Cesar. Just a short cab ride from downtown. On the beach. Very historical hotel

If you are talking St. Pete, FL (not Russia), I go often and usually stay at the Hilton

There are a lot of restaurants/bars in walking distance from this hotel.

This is a good choice. Right on the beach with great beach service, two nice pools, and a good poolside bar. Excellent staff there.

Would agree with the Don, its been recently renovated and the on premises dining is great. The crowd is a bit stuffy there. More of a vodka martini than a Bud Light clientele. Very nice beach at the hotel.
