Watching Brady tonight and Brees today pretty much explains the results. Both are handsomely paid. Brady has more rings and a supermodel wife.
Yet Brady plays with fire when he could be cashing in. Our guy is simply cashing in and putting up stats while Brady is putting up W's.
The pregame rah-rah is old and worn out just like the pathetic 3rd down siren. Going through motions.
Brady's best days are gone physically but not his fire and leadership. He wants to win real bad and gets in faces and holds everyone accountable. Our CEO QB delivers clichés and studies his Surface Pro. Brady spits and talks to his guys.
Brees has put up great stats and has a title. Brady - a dynasty. Sure he's not a likable as Drew but this year the older Brady is playing much better with far less expensive receivers.

Last I checked Brees nor Brady is in charge of player personnel. NE routinely turns over their lineup as vets start to decline. The one constant is Brady.

There is no major difference in the salaries and talent level of the two receiving corps. Colston may be the only one who makes our receiving group more expensive, and he's over the hill at this point. The patriots offensive line is probably better. I know you're trying to say that brady does more with less, but it's obvious bullshite.
Eta: it also tips everyone off that you are not informed and have no idea what you are talking about if it wasn't obvious already.

Brady has a vocal and demonstrative leadership style and Brees really doesn't. It doesn't make Brady a better leader, it just looks better on camera to see him get fired up.

I have no doubt he is giving 100% effort. But accountability and leadership are different from effort. And results are what they are because of it.
The morons are idiots like you who spend $200+ to watch professionals making 100s of million$$ putting on a $hitshow - then defending their performance.

I can see the Drew Fan-boy Club allows no criticism. That's fine. I apologize. Carry on with business as usual. I had no idea that there are no problems.
And that the World is actually flat. Who would have known. I'm amazed that many of you would accept such a performance from say an airline pilot on your flight. . Trying hard counts for more than actually successfully flying the plane.

an educated person would know that the season long suspension of Sean Payton hurt this team significantly.
there were issues last year but the Saints won some close games with some new looks on defense and better tackling.
they also lost some close games because the defense melted in the final moments.
it isn't Brees fault that the Saints can't draft for shite.
it isn't his fault that the defense gives up 3rd and longs on the regular.

Brady is overrated.
H is definitely good, but matt cases won 11 games with the patriots and he sucks.
They are just an uber efficiently run team, with probably the best coach in the league coaching them
BRady is good no doubt, but it is definitely more of a team effort over there.

You call Drews defenders "fan boys " but one of the first things you mentioned about Brady was his supermodel wife. If you're not a fanboy then I guess I don't know what the word means
