Do not bring your car to Team Collision. 'm passing this along because it happened to my good friend. She brought her new vehicle to Team Collision after a car accident. It took them almost 3 full months to repair 2 doors. When she went to pick vehicle up, she noticed a new pair of gloves on the back seat, gas gauge was on e and the trip on the odometer was reset to 0(both of them). As she was pulling off she noticed the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold and them noticed the temp control button was broken. She then started to really check the car out and checked the odometer to check it against Team Collision odometer check in sheet (given to her when she checked out). There was 97 miles put on car according to Teams Collision odometer ck in sheet. She went back to Team where she was told there was no way anyone drove her car , they don't drive cars around Team. The body shop manger, Joey, told her that she brought the car in with the ac broken and it was on empty. Joey also said that she was just trying to get Team to pay for something that was broken already. Joey also said that Team Collision doesn't check in the miles on the odometer when a car is dropped off. They use the same odomoter reading that the insurance adjuster uses , never actually reading the odometer themselves. Joey told her she needed to leave because they weren't paying for something they didnt do. Joey refused to wait for her father before discussing all of this but instead tried to bully her into leaving Team Collision. After her Father drove up another head manager, Ben, said there was no way anyone drove her car and that she had driven the miles on car before dropping it off and didnt realize it. Joey , with Team, came outside when her Dad was there an was very nice and respectful. When she asked why he wasnt bulling her like before, he said he didnt know what she was talking about. Right now, she still doesn't have her car and its been almost 3 months! Ben said they will check to see whats going on with the ac but "believes it was about to go out and jus happened to be at Team. She asked for Team to provide her with transportation until her car was ready an they refused. I'm sharing this for her

I brought my car in for an oil change a few years back and they wrecked it. 3 month old car. Their collision dept fixed it and it looked like shite. I had them redo it twice and still wasn't happy but just wanted it back. Total frick job.

Way too much info for it to be happening to a "friend".

I read the whole thing, and Joey seems like a good guy.
