Robert Griffin III is a spoiled diva who cares more about branding himself than winning ... so says a Washington Redskins player who tells us he's not the only one in the locker room who feels this way.
The player -- who spoke with us on the condition of anonymity -- says playing with RG3 has been a nightmare this season ... and the locker room has lost faith in the QB.
"No one is happy ... no one gets the hype around him anymore."
As bad as Griffin's play on the field has been this year, our guy tells us it's actually RG3's off-the-field demeanor that ticks off his fellow players the most.

If I was Gruden, I'd do my best to get fired, collect my buyout, and GTFO of DC. That team is doomed as long as Dan Snyder is the owner.
RG3 has had 2 NFL coaches (one a HOF'er) and both gave up on him in less than 3 seasons in the NFL. That's saying something.

And I agree...the best part of Redskins fans are those that still believe it is 91..

no coach with any decent options is going to work for Dan Snyder and that organizations. The Raiders is probably a more attractive job at this point.
