I don't think the enemies get harder, I think some of them just have different attacks. The lore behind insight is that the more you have, the more you see - not the enemies becoming more difficult. I think someone who wrote the guide validated this.

What's the deal with the hunter looking guy by the dude with machine gun in the tower? I'm looking at him from a safe distance and he's running around looking all scary like.

Really easy to chip away at. He just charges neck and forth. Hang out in the bridge and hit him before he hits you. The gunner won't get you there.

Thanks. How did you handle the guy in the tower? He kicked my arse once already. Dude is in full armor and has a hand cannon or some shite.

Run right at him and hit him as soon as possible.

He shot me twice before I got off the ladder.

So when you die you lose all your blood echoes which means you can't upgrade or buy anything until you find them or just get more. I'm at the Cleric Beast and of course I'm dying a lot because I've never played Demon's Souls or either Dark Souls so I'm getting acclimated on how to fight and survive. If I use my blood vials on the boss fight when I die I start with what I died with. So that has lead me to trying to kill the Cleric Beast without any healing. Is there no way to start with the items you had when you went into the fight?

Items stay blood echoes are they only thing you lose ...go farm them and then level up stats then fight him

I just fought him and started the fight with 5 blood vials and 8 molotov cocktails. I ended the fight with 2 of each and 2 is what I restarted with.

The Father is Dead!!
Havent had much time to play today so I decided I'd try to beat him at least one time, had him down to a quarter life with 10 vials left..
Came down to me having 0 vials and one hit away from dying but I got the last shot in to beat him. Every time you beat a boss on this game... that feeling... its so amazing

It took more like 16 but....he dead.
Any opinions on the stake driver? I bought it and upgraded it but I'm not sold on it yet.

Take your time with minions, use bolt paper, back up if he flips on his back, roll right when he flops down with ice missile, stay away from his head.

Maybe you get more blood echo for killing the enemies since they are tougher
