CPA In Houston Recs / LLC Advice

Hey everyone,
Short version: I am looking for CPA recommendations in the Houston Heights (Or surrounding) area, we are looking for advice on starting a company for my wife.
Long version: My wife is a speech pathologist and we recently moved to Houston. I work a 14/14 rotation, so we have enjoyed my time off a lot more since moving because she hasn't started working again and we are free to do anything we want while I am home.
Despite having a masters, she never made anything to write home about (She worked with younger kids, working with the elderly pays a lot more) and with my current pay we are living comfortably without her working. With us looking to start a family soon, though, we are thinking some extra income would be nice. We have been discussing starting her own company since that would allow her some flexibility in her schedule, give us some nice write offs, and a small bit of income.
So I guess my questions are:
-We hope to start the company in 2015, but could also be starting our family around the same time. Will it be an issue to start the company, but not take any clients on for 1-1.5 years since she might be pregnant? I have read all you have to do is "Demonstrate" trying to make a profit, and can claim a loss for 4-5 years.
-Since we are hoping she will only take a few clients on (To allow her schedule to be flexible), we are hoping the deductibles are what will make this worth doing. She will be using her car to go to clients, have a small office set up in the house, and be paying for materials/licences/continuing education/etc. I have also heard from friend's that we can go to a conference in a nice destination and basically make a vacation of it while writing off some of the expenses. Will the deductibles make it worth starting the company (Or we will be losing money if we don't get enough income/clients)? Any other deductions that I might have missed?
-Any other advice/pointers/recommendations are greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

The bigger firms will likely be uninterested so research some middle tier ones.

Would Cypress be ok if the CPA would travel to you?
