Don't think Minnesota wants a ball dominant guard when Rubio comes back.

OKC is a no fit.

Clippers need shooters/spacers, not slashers.

yup. all good comments.

Evans would look real good on:

Indy, Atlanta, a post-Rondo Boston, Philly,

1) We don't need a $9 million per year 4th big.
2) The Lakers would only have potential interest in the offseason after they strike out on all their FA targets like Rondo/Dragic/Gasol.

I still say Reke has more value to us than any other team. My thinking is though it will take another coach to extract that value from him.

Yeah, I think he could be reigned in and used effectively by the right coach. We've seen Tyreke look like a game changer for this team probably as often or maybe even more often than Ryno. I just think the team's going to end up performing good enough to save Monty's job and he clearly doesn't know how to handle him.

Been said about Evans every year in the NBA. Monty isn't the guy, also a good chance that guy doesn't exist. And I generally like Evans.

Yep, the common denominator is Evans himself. If the rumors that Monty was forced to start Evans are true, Monty was undermined in the worst way and has no leverage to make Tyrec play smarter.

He can certainly take over games, but that comes at the detriment of the team many times. He may be the most frustrating player I have ever watched.

He's shooting .416 from 2. I mean he can't go thru the season shooting that bad. If Tyreke starts shooting what he shot last year (.461) we're hard to beat. I know he's frustrating to watch when he's off, but he's such a mismatch that I'm willing to give him some time to start shooting better. I know I'm in the minority.

You realize that translates to less than a point a game extra even without accounting for rebounds? Would hardly make us hard to beat.
