Water use to shoot out drain line with pressure. Here lately it's a slow stream and when draining bath tubs or washing machine it causes the toilets not to flush because of water sitting in line. Could it be something to do with septic tank? I have tried drano, no luck

Could be a vent problem or something stopping up the drain from the house to the septic tank (tree roots or something that was flushed).

Don't spetic tanks have a pump that forces out the water with pressure. Therefore could be the pump went out????

Septic tank needs to be cleaned out. It should be done every year.

No not all sewer systems have lift stations. Most are just flow through after it goes through the chambers in the tank unless it is a really long run to the ditch then a pump is needed to push it. The things you see on top are aerators used to cycle air into the system to break down the solid waste in the tank.

Way overkill. You would have to shite a lot in a year to fill a tank up. Every 7-8 years is what I have always been told with a mechanical system.

If the aerator is out on a mechanical system it can cause backflow into the house.
