Every time you see me, you try to mess with me.

I'm tired of it. It stops today.

I'm minding my business officer. I'm minding my business.

Please, I told you the last time to leave me alone.
Please leave me alone. Please.

Please don't touch me. Do not touch me.

[garbled] I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I cant breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe.

Kind of haunting.
Kind of sad.
A clear injustice.

He was minding his own business by selling black market cigarettes.

Why didn't he just use a phone and meet people instead of setting up shop on the street?

He should have placed his hands behind his back.

I think every poster on this website knew where you would come down on this issue.

My general rule of thumb is, if I'm torn on an issue. Read SEC Crazy's post about it and take the complete opposite position.

That's terrible - if torn you should adopt mine. It may be wrong, but it will make sense like a motherf*cker.

Small government "law and order" conservatives don't believe in appropriately scaled justice. They believe in UTTER DEFERENCE to the law.

I can't imagine that you are a real person and not somebody getting off typing nonsense anonymously.

This whole grand jury decision bothers the shite outta me. I'm baffled that out of a group of 23 ppl, 12 voted not to go to trial.

We're not talking about guilty here. We're talking about a decision to go to trial where he may be found innocent.

Neither do liberals. Very few of either give ahe shite as long as their interest is protected

You think that's true in regards to the cops?

I sort of agree on bigger picture issues.

I will admit, your posts are usually quite well-reasoned.

But with that being said, I think my SEC crazy rule is a little more of a sure thing.

Laws, regulations in general. Everyone wants the unsightly removed from their presence. Both social conservatives and liberals want an orderly society run the way they see fit.

Prosecutor threw the game.

I think there should be a law, specific to cases of death, where the family of the deceased can replace the prosecutor with a private attorney when presenting evidence to the grand jury.

The cop didn't think he was going to kill him, and as I see it, I wouldn't have expected the guy to die from what happened. We watch way more violent shite than that happen every day and the people involved don't die from it. This guy did.

What all this comes down to is that the people want the cops to have less slack than the law seemingly has always allowed. That's how I see it, and it's fine with me.

I see it as a policy and training issue. We've allowed this to happen.

Took me damned near 60 years to recognize it, but I have to speak the truth as I see it.
