I personally think Chip is on his way to be one of the best coaches in the NFL. Again, he is making Mark Sanchez look like a top tier qb

He is in contention for the NFC championship. Why in the hell would he listen. Especially during the season

I heard this morning a guy that interviewed Chip Kelly that he absolutely hates recruiting.
His dream is getting the Lombardi trophy and coaching in the NFL.

I don't know his level of hate but he definitely does not like the recruiting process. Probably why he paid Willie Lyles
He also hated dealing with booster obligations.

In my early 20s I thought recruiting would be so much fun. travel around the country, visiting high schools. watching grainy HS tape. kissing grandmas. complimenting on window blinds. calling 16 year olds on Sunday morning telling them that if he was playing we would not have lost the game. etc.
The older I get the more I think it would suck.
