He'd have two to play one, I think.

Depends if the 3 JUCO QBs we sign are any good.

When you have the worst starting QB in all of major college football, you probably "should" consider just about every damned option out there.

Nobody ever wins anything with Juco QBs..
Sign another HS dual threat, percentage of success is better..

Bad shoulder Miller who has never played in a pro style offense, ever. Kelly who is not only a problem child to coaches, but has only played from shotgun in spread offenses. Some other JUCO that i don't think received any D1 scholarships and just throws the ball deep on ever play, and now some guy from UAB???

Has anybody realized that neither Mett or Harris started in their first year? First of all, these guys will not be ready. Second of all, Harris is way more talented. Third of all, both Harris and Jennings will have the experience in this system and at least some experience against the SEC.

Morons already have made it set in stone that Harris will NEVER start over Jennings, so why in the actual frick do they believe some juco, UAB, bad shoulder transfer, QBs will come in and challenge at any point during the season?

Now if they are coming in for depth, that is OK and good, but starting, yeah right.

Wow, you must think Miles is a great coach. To win 8 games with our schedule and the worst QB out there is very impressive.

he threw for a lot of yards and TDs

I just love fans that shite on QBs who don't "win." You realize only one team wins the SEC each year. Only one team wins the national championship each year. That doesn't mean the rest of the QBs are "losers."

Mett was an elite QB his final year at LSU and had a phenomenal year.

I was only pointing out your example of "Mett says Hi" was wrong for the statment he said....... Mett didnt "Win" fo what he was stating. Only Cam has.

Mett played behind 2 Seniors who, as bad as they were, were LIGHT YEARS better than AJ.

The ONLY way you can't be concerned that Harris couldn't overtake the WORST STARTING QB IN ALL OF MAJOR COLLEGE FOOTBALL is if you are of the opinion that he actually DID overtake him and Miles was just stubborn.

If you have any faith in Miles at all, even just a little, then you absolutely MUST be worried that we in fact have two pretty rough choices at QB.

Meh. I'm not worried that he'll never start. I'm worried that he couldn't already beat out someone that awful.

As for JUCOs or transfers, those are probably just wishful thinking but, when you have the shittiest QB in all of college football and his backup couldn't beat him out, you kinda have to hope help is coming from SOMEWHERE!

Yet both are playing in the NFL now. So I'd take a qb like either in a heartbeat. Doesn't negate the idiocy of the statement that a JUCO qb won't be successful.

I'd like to think Mr. Clements should get a call at the very least. A quick glance at the numbers shows he has the ability to complete a high percentage of passes without turning it over, which plays to LSU's strengths. Anybody know what kind of offense they ran over at UAB?
