You guys think he is the best player LSU has ever signed in Basketball? I know Chris Jackson, Ronnie Henderson, and of course Shaq but Simmons seems very dominant while playing the very best competition.

No, Shaq was one of top 3 most talented players to ever play imo(Wilt,Lebron)
Simmons is up there, should be a top 3 pick in '16 if everything goes well.

He's seriously going to be our savior next year. Cant wait to watch him ball out in the P&G.

But, from that video title you posted, i honestly though it meant he scored 71 points 2 games in a row

If either Martin or Mickey stays next year, it will be an unreal team.

If both stay and Simmons is at the #3? Daaaaaayyyuummmmmmmmmm!

If both stayed...holy freaking shite. I give that about a 13% chance of happening though.

There is virtually no chance Martin stays, but honestly that's alright. If we can have him and Mickey we will be sick. However, if Elbert does not progress, and does not progress quickly and we lose both Martin and Mickey, we will be in significant trouble and basically waste Simmons

Martin and Mickey aren't having the consistent domination night in and night out to be ready for NBA first round this year. They would be very smart to wait for Simmons to arrive and have a chance to go to the Final Four or beyond. That would give them more press and the best possible looks by the NBA to possibly launch all three into the first round.

Simmons might be a "One and Done" and I hope he can attract Blakeney and Sampson to come along for the ride. We need 8-9 players at the top of their game to make a serious run. Its starting to seem we may have five right now counting Quarterman.

Johnny Jones has to sell this on them. Come back for one more year get stronger and better and lets make a legit run at this. Personally I don't think there is a chance in hell that either one comes back. I hope I am wrong.

Hopefully the NBA (and the NCAA) will start requiring two years in college before becoming draft eligible in time for it to affect Simmons
