I am thinking about getting an AO soft cooler for my buddy for his birthday and don't know what size to get. He sails and fishes out of a pirogue a lot. 12 pack or 24 pack or other?

The 12 pack cooler would be for the ride in the truck to the boat and loading up right....

What will he use it for?

Drinks? 12 pack is good for short trips, 24 will hold more for the longer trips

Fish? what type?
12 may work for bringing home a handful of bream, sac au lait or even small white trout, but not much else.
24 can hold a limit of trout and a red- maybe 2 if they are small.
36 can hold a limit of reds

So for drinks: safe bet to get a 12 or 24
Holding fish: get the 36

Dunno what the hell an AO cooler is but 24 pack holds more ice, beer, soft drinks. Don't have to limit yourself to 12 pack.

Thanks for the heads up, this is a awesome promotion. Can these be embroidered at a regular shop that does embroidery or does it have to be done by this company, I see they offer embroidery service

i have a 24. it's the tits. make sure to scotch guard that fricker, or put some sort of water repellent to prevent staining it. Mine looks like I store body parts in it from all the fish blood.

that's pretty nice looking. Is it sturdy? I hate to say it, but it looks like the new soft sided yeti...which is one bad arse mofo, by the way.

I let them do the embroidery. The special is on the ice chest. Embroidery is I believe 10.00 each. I buy the 48's for the women. They are great to keep in the car for when they grocery shop and dont go directly home like my road rat wife. 12's and 24's for the guys. Personalized stuff makes great gifts.

My buddy preordered on and came in a couple weeks ago. He had the loot. It's pretty nice.

it looks nice as hell, but even if I had money to burn, I probably wouldn't buy one!
