Extremely limited college coaching.

Can he recruit?

75% of winning at the college level is recruiting imo.

interesting name but he would need to surround himself with an excellent staff. I think he would have to keep Frank Wilson and bring in another LA guy or two.

Im not sure I want him to cut his head coaching teeth at LSU when he is more of a pro guy. You have to think about more than x and o when looking for a college head coach. He could make up the recruiting by hiring a good staff. He should be a name that is down the list.

He's the most sought after up and coming coach in the NFL... I'm sure he could recruit.

retain cameron, wilson, and chavis.

So he either does well and returns to the NFL or does poorly and gets fired.

Don't like hires like this.

why retain cam? IMO his stock is dog shite. I was high on him after last year but this year he was bad. Even if Les hand cuffed him the game plans were horrid and he didn't develop our QBs at all. Id rather keep Wilson and have the coach pick the rest of his staff.

So since he's the most sought out coach in the NFL, he can recruit regionally?

What makes you say that he won't bolt for the NFL in 3 years and LSU is has to search for another coach and have to hit the resreset button again?

All because all of you want a new coach.

Not much to develop when it comes to Jennings. Tough to make a decent meal with a plate of dog shite
