I mean, what physical evidence and witnesses do they have to bring charges on him? Seriously, what do they really need to investigate? I think the whole freaking world heard him that night. They have audio and video of him inciting a riot...end of story. He should be held accountable. If not....im rioting!

What is there to investigate? He is caught on camera from various angles and various times screaming at the top of his lungs "BURN THIS BITCH DOWN!" 
It's obvious the piece of shite incited alot of this. No need to investigate. Just need prosecution, which will never happen because he is black.
