Fantasy Playoff Question

Everyone can agree that you put your best players to start but you really have no control of how well they do on any given Sunday. Your job throughout the year is to manage which players are on your roster.

The question is this, instead of have a playoff at the end, wouldn't it be better for the best 6 teams to basically see which team scores the most points for the last 3 weeks? Just seems you can't control the player, but you can control the roster. You worked all year to make it the best roster you can get so why not just go total points?

With the playoffs you have 1 off game and lose 140-126 and someone else can stay in it with a 98-91 win.

Well, that really makes sense all season long, not just in the playoffs.

Because the fun of it is playing the right players each week including playoffs.
