Usually when they think they lost somebody they say are u still there. Not this time.

Meh, as someone pointed out in the comments it was at the end of her segment. The time stamp says 2:59 pm so they probably cut him off so she could sign off in time

Well then she should have handled it as such. Everyone else says thanks but we are out of time. She says oops we lost him.

Companies that sell satellite time aren't forgiving. If you buy a window from XX:45 to XX:59, it gets cut off at XX:59. There is no grace period, as they have another network who expects the window they purchased at the top of the hour.

The anchor should have done a better job of getting Ben to wrap it up, but she didn't, and the satellite company cut the feed.

They should have interupted him like they do others and say we have run out of time. They pretend they lose the feed and she says Just like that we lose him...LULZ

She even says "I heard you guys wrapping me." Taking about her producers talking in her ear.
