If anyone dies, I'd say Carol. I feel like she feels that she's at the end of her rope. I could see her sacrificing herself for someone else, possibly Beth.

And where the frick is Morgan? You show one small clip of him in the first episode and then NEVER again? Wtf? And what's up with Father Gabriel? What's going on there. I feel like I've been lulled into a false sense of security with him. He was acting way too weird in the last episode.

I'll go along with what seems to be a consensus and say someone who's been on the show long-term will bit it this episode. I'd hate to see any of them go but if I had to guess I'd say maybe either Carol or Beth. Or who knows, maybe they will do in a really iconic character like Darryl or Rick. I doubt it though.
And I don't want to see them pick up anybody from the hospital except maybe Noah.
