Hope he is a Tiger saw him in person tonight and he's the real deal. Returned a kick and punt for a TD. The team was loaded. For guys that have seen him and speedy play how did there talent compare as seniors? Who was better?

Both are somewhat similar. Johnson is slightly bigger and more physical. Both are fast, very good speed. Both are athletic. Both have good hands although I think Johnson has better hands. Johnson has larger hands.

Both will go elsewhere unfortunately IMO. We still have a shot though simply because Johnson is not dead set on a particular path.

I just don't see him going to Tech, but it is possible. Clemson is most likely losing Chad Morris to SMU and possibility of Dabo to UF (rumors). Auburn does need immediate contributes to the WR corps, but I'd hate to lose him to an SEC West school.

I'd say he is a NSD commitment. Too much in the rumor mill going on at some of his top schools.

People involved in LSU recruiting were starting to feel really good about him not long ago. I think the consensus is a big push for Johnson and Charlot with a good chance to get both. Merritt is thought to be Aggie, Oregon, or Bama last I heard. Johnson for this year is a must get for our offense. He will be a contributor as a freshman wherever he decides to go.

Harris was in attendance. I'm hoping he is building a friendship with Tyron and helping in his recruitment to LSU. My brother was at the game as well and said It was the Tyron Johnson show!

I was at the game. Johnson was on another level compared to the Benton guys. He actually wasn't used effectively in the warren Easton O IMO. Mostly got the ball on short screens. He showed his ability more on special teams than anything else.
