Are there are recommendatons for the best way to serve Parish Grand Reserve such as a certain temp or is it just personal preference? Also, what is the best way to store it for long term storage?

Cellar temp, 50-60 degrees. Stand upright.

However, mine stays closer to 70 degrees and is fine with a couple years on them.

Is it wrong to store in a fridge for a long time?

I don't think so. Hopefully someone with more knowledge chimes in and gives a definite.

Friend of mine who brews just put another cap on one we shared today

D... So I called Londoner and they said tapping at 5, I showed up at 4:50 and asked waiter if it was still happening he said yes. So I ordered a beer and food while I waited, at 5:20ish when I finished my other beer he came by and asked if I wanted another, I said a Bourbon County since it should be tapped. He then informed me the manager called and wanted to know how many people were in the pub for it and since there was not many they decided to tap it tomorrow... I was a little annoyed
