I have to think that Miles really really really wanted to convert that gift from Noils into some points. He was afraid of turning the ball over or having some kind of clock management meltdown, thus losing the opportunity to capitalize on the other team's mistake.

Just another example of Miles wasting timeouts. I am sure it was Miles call because if Jennings got a sack, then since we had no TO left, no points.
