The one Harbor Freight has is a Cen-Tech Item No. 60725. Lists for $59; on sale this weekend for $19.82.
I'm seeing that one on Amazon for $25.80 + $4.99 shipping. There are some other brands for around $17.
I splurged and got the one at Harbor Freight when I was there today. Also snagged some cheap flashlights and a $6 pair of gloves for yard work.

With Harbor Frieght it is either a piece of shite and breaks the first time, or will outlast your grandchildren.
