At times I complain and worry about things that ultimately are very minor, but when I step back from it I realize I have so much to be thankful for and it starts with family. My wonderful parents, my loving wife and my great boys.

Well I've mentioned it a few times, but try to leave my gender out of it.

As I said I know this is a predominantly male board, and I don't like it when men invade my territory

But since this is a comment board, my physical presence is not required.

Now time to hit my rightful turf. The kitchen.

I am thankful to live in the greatest country this world has ever known. Thankful to be sittin in my deer stand on a beautiful day. Do wish the wind would change directions though. Ha. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful meal I will share with my family later this day. Also, I am very thankful I have a good enough signal on my phone, so that I can read the glorious ramblings on this site. Happy Thanksgiving, to each of yall

I am thankful for Yorkie puppies, people who selflessly serve others ,my crazily artistic and creative children and for all the great posters here who make it possible for me to give so many enthusiastic up votes.

I'm thankful that my termially ill uncle is still alive today to enjoy thanksgiving day with his extended family consisting of nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters and the in laws, even if he could only handle it for just two hours.

Just one last time because it won't be long now.....

Happy thanksgiving to y'all too.

And in this season where LSU and the Saints are struggling, I'm thankful that at least the SEC is being represented well in the Top 10.

Conference pride is a silly thing and a misplaced ideal.

I don't want Bama doing well.

I agree. I don't want Nick Saban to be able to have any advantage over LSU since we're in the same conference and we are more likely to recruit the same players.

Conference pride doesn't do much when you see that Michigan State has more quarterbacks starting in the NFL than Alabama this year if we're recruiting a QB from Michigan.
