you forgot to add "yet", they'll be there if they aren't yet
but to answer your question, if you are sure they are hunting deer at night, yes, I'd do something about it

I'd call Operation Game Thief and use the reward money for a new rifle...

The OGT process is fairly simple. If someone witnesses or has information concerning a violation, they should call Operation Game Thief's toll-free 24-hour phone line or use the department's tip411 program. The toll free number is 1-800-442-2511.
The information is received by a Wildlife and Fisheries operator and immediately relayed to a wildlife agent who will investigate. If the information results in an arrest, the caller is eligible for a cash reward.
Since the program began, more than $280,000 in rewards has been paid. Information provided by O.G.T. informants has resulted in the apprehension of more than 700 violators, who were convicted on a multitude of state and federal charges.

During deer season or out of deer season? Depending on the time of year they may be legally hunting hogs. If during deer season then consider that the "neighbor" is hunting deer that are likely nocturnal traveling - probably some of the good bucks you have on camera - so yes, call OGT.

That may be true for LA but its legal year round here in MS any hour of the day or night.

Most states let you hunt coons at night

And you have to notify the sheriff of the parish in which you are hunting.

Not during deer season (in LA anyways) unless something changed that I wasn't aware of.
I'd call it in, but that's me.

Kill as many as you can. It's ridiculous in Wilkinson County. We have land in a river bottom that we run cows on that has just been destroyed.
