I just use Walgreens. You can load it right from your phone on their app.

Download the Walgreens app. There's a photo section where you upload right from your phone. You can do all the editing right there and then you select your size and add it to your cart. You select the store you want to pick it up from and that's it.

Watch closely as in my experience Walgreens will reduce the photo quality when uploading, I assume to save space. That may result in a crappy print

I have a wifi enabled printer. I can just press print from my phone...
Or, email it from your phone to yourself and open your email on your desktop(?) hooked to your printer...
Fro there you can edit/print it yourself

I've gone that route before. Also you can just sync the phone with your computer and upload it to shutterfly and order some pics. They have an extremely fast turnaround time if you're not in a hurry. My wife used to order like 2-300 prints at a time and we'd have them on our doorstep in two days, including some larger sizes like 8x10 or 11x14. I think Shutterfly has an app to upload with as well, but it is easier to edit them on the computer, crop them etc, then upload them.

did the walgreen's thing. dl'd the app and uploaded/cropped the pic, got a email in about 15 minutes telling me to go pick it up.
definitely wasn't pristine quality but still good nonetheless, i'd say an 8/10 and for $4 i was satisfied.
