I was wondering the exact thing. I've traveled coast to coast, Europe, Central America, Middle East, and the Caribbean in my 44 years on the planet and I've never seen or heard of rice dressing.

WHAT?

You ever had Boudin? The inside is stuffed with something very similar to rice dressing.

I have but I had no idea what was inside was called or similar to rice dressing.

BTW... All you can go to hell. I'm sitting in my office in north Birmingham and his thread is making me crave boudin. I highly doubt there is anywhere within 100 miles of here that has any.

I would rather rice dressing for myself, but my wife does make a real good cordbread dressing with some jalops in it, so I'm ok either way.

Not a problem. I might swing by there myself. I've got to run up to Hoover anyway.

Cornbread dressing all the way. Make a separate dish of it with oysters in it. Cant go wrong.
