I understood Herbsteit's implication that LSU should be a signature win but is not according to their record. Let's face it, LSU is teetering on a last place finish in the West, not something anyone can hang their hat on?

He's never going to get over Michigan man Miles calling him out in '07. When they're doing well he'll jump on the train with everyone else but if things are even slightly off he'll drop LSU in the grease every chance he gets.

Helps when you only play 1 OOC game with a pulse and two garbage SEC East opponents.
Think about that. LSU has exactly 2 wins over teams with winning records and a 3rd is UF which I don't even count.

last week herbstreit said that this was an lsu rebuilding season w/ freshmen b/c sooo many lsu players are graduating to the pros.

I don't understand how people get upset about the talking heads comments. BTW Howard has a much better percentage than Herbstreet and Corso in predicting these games over many years on their show.
