Just witnessed some looting in Nola

I'm sure these two upstanding young women were doing this in support of Michael Brown. Saw her walk out of Lakeside Mall right in front of me with soap from Bath and Body Works. Was in the process of snapping a photo of their license plate on their Lincoln LS when they walked out the mall again with multiple blankets from Pottery Barn. Found a cop and they took off after them. We drove past them a couple minutes later completely surrounded by 10-12 cop cars yelling at the police in handcuffs. Good stuff!

I think in order for it to be consider looting it has to be in the middle of some sort of riot or war.
If there wasn't any rioting happening that would cause those stores to be insecure or closed, etc... I don't think it would be classified as looting.
At least I think that's the way it works. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Was very obvious the way she was sprinting out with nothing in a bag then the other girl that was also stuffing shite in their car said look at all the shite we got! I was still only 99% sure it was stealing at that point. When I saw them walk into Pottery Barn and immediately walk out with 3 blankets in her arm in no bag I was 100% certain. They then proceed to try to flee from the cops, hence why there were 12 cops completely shutting down the road and blocking their car in on all sides. It was awesome!

I was in the coach store once when it happened. It was amazing how calm the employees were. They are almost used to it.
