A guy on PT said he reported it to the LA and GA ODC's. Not sure if 'it' includes the IP address.

What a crock of shite. Cops are more hated today than ever. I guess the witness testimony in this case doesn't mean shite to people.

The officer in this pic, Rob Guisevius, was a pledge brother of mine at UofA. He left after freshmen year and returned to NOLA.
He was actually a really nice fella and sort of a quiet guy.

I'm not surprised. What probably happens is the cop and DA agree that the guy is guilty, or is a POS in general, so they tailor the testimony. A lot of defendants are repeat customers that the cops are tired of dealing with.

The quotes at the beginning of this thread really piss me off. Not the OT'ers quotes but the ones from the supposed legal experts complaining about Grand Juries indicting other cases but not officers. The reason for the disparity in the numbers isn't because Grand Juries are letting officer'a go free in some kind of judicial conspiracy. It's because cases involving citizens that aren't worthy of indictment are never presented. Police make tons of arrests that the DA immediately drops charges. He doesn't take them to the GJ to clear, they just drop the charges. They take EVERY police shooting to the GJ no matter how legal just for public relation purposes. A guy could be standing in the middle of the street at noon killing babies and kill the first two responding officers before the third finally shoots the guy after he fires at the officer with 150 witnesses. That shooting would go to the GJ. And you know what, it would be No True Billed as a justifiable homicide. Conspiracy? No.

So, as usual, pundits use "statistics" to make support for an argument they want to promote.
