Hardship - probably with his son at home. Memphis coach is a decent guy and will endorse his decision.
NCAA has to sign off too, which is no slam dunk.

Correct. Our only obstacle would be NCAA, but there's a chance he'd be able to come in right away. Wouldn't be starting, but he'd definitely pull 10-15 minutes/game right away. Also would guarantee a 3 guard lineup.

Any chance he'll be as good as the last combo guard transfer we got from Memphis? I'd love to have the next Carmouche on this team.

Pastner told him he would sign off on a hardship waiver that could make him immediately eligible at his next school as long as it was in Louisiana.

Pastner paying back Alleva for that contract extension.

This is awesome. Dude is a serious baller and can help immediately. He'd be starting for Memphis right now. Now if only we can convince Craig to come back home.

Craig Victor should have never left the state, period. Dude is getting major league splinters riding the AZ bench. The Wildcats are too deep at the 3 and 4.

Let me tell ya, this kid is uber-athletic!

Gray
Magee
Hornsby
Sampson
Blankley
Quarterman

would be our deepest backcourt ever next year

I'd have Gray as my sixth-man. When Simmons is in the offense will work best with him being used as a Point-Forward.

When he sits, Gray can initiate things
