Best camera phone?

My wife loves her S4 camera, but the phone has become a POS real quick(surprise, right? ).
TMob has a deal on the S5 for $500 now.
I like the G3 and think it would be cool for her and it's a little more expensive unless I do a refurb which is $500. Which camera is better iyo?
Also, I went and looked at the Z3 and that's a nice looking phone. Camera is 20mp, but it is as good or better than the S5?
Any other recommendations? I know about the Nokia, but she doesn't want a windows phone.
TIA

I've personally always been partial to iPhone cameras.
I don't care for the Galaxy series phone but I've always felt like they had excellent cameras. Maybe a Note series phone (I've neve used a Note so maybe someone can chime in)?

iPhone 6/6+
Sony Z3/Z3 Compact
Samsung Galaxy Note 4
the camera on the Sony is by far the best of any Android device

I see a few iPhone responses, but I think she wants to stay Android.
She definitely doesn't want the size of the 6+ or the Note 4. I think the G3 is probably even too big.
Sounds like the Z3 is the way to look. Haven't looked into the compact so will do that now.
Thanks, guys

Anyone can confirm issues with the camera and if any different on the Z3? This is talking about the Compact:

Strange things are afoot with the main camera. While it's 20.7 megapixels, it defaults to 8 megapixels and only reveals its true resolution in manual mode. Light matters, a lot. In full sunlight, photos are just gorgeous, with amazing dynamic range. But indoors and in low light, pictures either had a strange reddish cast, or focus and shutter-speed problems that left too many images blurry. The 2-megapixel front camera takes soft, but manageable shots, similarly tending a bit reddish in low light. This sure isn't a super-sharp iPhone 6. Videos recorded at 1080p resolution were marred by jitter caused by the continuous autofocus.

Various camera extensions allow for a range of special modes. There's 120 frame-per-second slo-mo, which works well, and 4K video, which is very jittery in even a slightly shaky hand. There's picture-in-picture, a bokeh effect, and silly augmented reality modes which put animated characters in your images. It's all easier to access than on Samsung phones, though.

Honestly have no idea which model, but a woman I work with has a Samsung phone that takes great pictures. She uses a lot of filters, but has actually sold some of her nature photos on Etsy.

First clue that a camera is crap: focus is on getting more megapixels.
That kills you in low light situations.

The Z3 scored last in almost every camera test, do not listen to anyone that tells you it has a great camera or the best on Android, a flat out lie. The Note 4 camera shits on the Z3 so bad it's not even funny.
The Note 4 has the best camera in a smartphone at this moment, but you said it's too big for her so if she's wanting to stay Android then yes, Galaxy S5 camera is the best after the Note 4.

My G3 seems to take much better pictures than my iPhone 5. I love the camera personally.

That's because you can't really adjust your aperture, shutterspeed speed, or iso settings. At least not typically enough to really work correctly like a stand alone camera would.

Yeah, that's what I figured and she seems to like her Samsung phone. Her S4 does take great pics. I was hoping the G3 had a better camera so I can get her that phone. Or the Z3.
