I'm staying in a 1500 sqft house with my wife, 6 month old baby, 9 month pregnant sister-in-law and her husband, my mother-in-law, and two dogs. I love them all, but staying in half the house with twice the bodies produces a race to drink enough between finishing my work and them returning home from work or being out and about to stay relaxed.

We move to the 6 bedroom, 3 acre lake house with a finished basement man cave fit for a king (albeit covered in Crimson) tomorrow.

I think me and my brother will get into brewing as well. I am also trying to take up golf.

My FBD will be a Texas product as its Texas beer night. I will see what I havent tried yet.

Meh.

I was told the one and only I made was good, but I'm not a huge gumbo eater.

I generally tell people that if they can make gumbo, they can make beer. We just use weird words and technical terms when brewing to make ourselves appear smarter.

Guess I'll just immerse myself in some reading material and get familiar with the terminology.

Now I know what to ask for for Christmas.
