Oilless fryer

Using an oil less fryer for our turkey this year. Using a neighbors that doesn't have the book. What's the cook time on these

14-15 lbs at least 90 mins maybe more. Thats one of the reasons I went back to good old hot grease.

Well considering an "oil less" fryer is nothing but a roaster just look up roasted turkey. Or just get a roasting pan and slide it the oven, same thing.

10 mins a pound for both of them. Use the thermometer to verify.

They cook a lot faster than you think I do know that.

Wind/temperature make a huge difference in cook time with those things. Just be aware.

This is an important point. I once tried to smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving in western NY. I didn't plan for the high 30 degree temps.

We ate a wonderfully smoked turkey on Friday. Spaghetti and meatballs is not so bad on Thanksgiving though.
