There is only one option for this type of storage on the northshore that I am aware of, Nunmaker. Very nice people no idea what they charge, only other option I can think of like that is Cypress Cove in Venice.

New one in Slidell is $13.00 to $14.00 per foot (expensive). Seabrook is around $7.50 per ft and Cypress Cove is $350 per month.

That the price of being a baller. You hit the speed dial, tell them you will be there in an hour and you need beer (Miller Lites) and ice in your Yeti.

There is a desperate need for more of these types of facilities in Southeast Louisiana. The Slidell area facility will quickly realize that the limited "open air" dry stack in Madisonville is priced that high because of lack of availability in that area. In Slidell that's not the case. Very few will drop coin at the new Slidell one because of the unusually high price.

I'm wondering what the market is like. i have a 21 foot boat and it'd cost me $283 for the rack and then another $50 to store my trailer. That's a bit much for the convenience, IMO..
