I said rumored for the past couple years. Now that o think about it I've heard they were coming out for about 5 years

You enroll in shite, the feds give money and cars away. more dwi stops, speed, seat belt, etc.
st.louis has 2 black vehicles one for dwi and other is traffic vehicle, both from feds, which is why they are black. u get what they give you, they figured, frick it, just throw our stickers on, why paint.

I was thinking about the National Guard earlier. This isn't like the NG used to be. These NG units probably have a lot of guys that have a lot of time in Iraq and Afghanistan.
