You can make all the lol emoticons you want. He's right on this and I'm diametrically opposed to him on almost every issue.

If I just saw this, I would say there was an indictment being there was no 48hr advance notice and they are announcing after dark...

However, the Gov's news conference and the other way info is being leaked right now tends to lead towards No True Bill

They probably dont wanna wait because that would hurt Blackfriday sales even more.

But you hold and do the announcement at 7am tomorrow. Just a very odd time to announce this if there isn't an indictment.

On the other hand, people are home from work, children are home from school, less traffic on the streets (what IF a fire breaks out....fire department has less traffic to battle), fewer cars o the raod (what IF the rioters start Reginald Dennying folks on their way to the office).

I am NOT predicting the riots that many others are. I think it will be as I predicted with Trayvon...a few scattered problems, etc.

BUT, if you are trying to minimize the impact, this might be a strategic decision.

Not a single person interviewed thinks this announcement at 8pm is a good idea.... The DA is taking a page out of the police chiefs manual on how to handle this shite.

Easy, come out at 130 when the decision came down and say "I will announce the decision at 7am".

Schools already decided to close for tomorrow, so no reason not to hold until daylight.

I'm just providing POSSIBLE reasons that THEY chose it. I'm neither responsible nor endorsing the ideas.

I imagine some sort of indictment on manslaughter is the only reason for the night announcement.

Although, Browns family said they were supposed to get a heads up on the announcement of a decision and the didn't... So one would think not good info for the if they got shafted.

So everyone seems to assume no indictment. Am I the only person worried there will be an indictment to allow a jury make the determination. The GJ dug through a lot of info and it's been reported they were given no guidance.

Why is this worrisome? If the GJ decides to indict, that is they system we have. It needn't mean anything more than any other indictment.

I want them to do their job. Indict or No True Bill. But, I'll not have any way to decide the MOTIVATION behind either decision.

I have no reason to say he is definitely innocent. Thus, any indictment is an injustice to Wilson.

I have no reason to say he is definitely guilty. Thus, any failure to indict is an injustice to brown
